TheseOrganic Japanese ramen noodles handcrafted have been made from organic Japanese wheat flour, which offers a firm texture with a touch of extra elasticity (known as "koshi" in Japan). They are steamed, not fried, making them deliciously low in fat.
The broth is an instant dissolving paste rather than a powder: this results in a richer, smoother consistency and a fresher, more authentic flavour experience. This broth is made with organic Japanese soy sauce, umami-rich kombu dashi and mirin (sweet rice seasoning) instead of refined sugar.
