Tenkasu Tempura Frying Beads 50g
otafuku premium tenkasu
Frying balls for noodles and okonomiyaki
Originally, Tenkasu 天かす refers to the small fried puffed dough balls that naturally form when Japanese tempura fritters are fried, and during the Edo era were given away free by restaurants. Agedama 揚げ玉 refers more to the product made on purpose, but the 2 terms are used interchangeably.
Drink Tenkasu balls with tempura fries, yakisoba and udon noodles, okonomiyaki thick pancakes, miso soups, and takoyaki octopus dumplings: just sprinkle or stir them into the batter. Roll your makis in Tenkasu and give them an irresistible touch of originality.
Otafuku is one of the most widespread brands of sauce in Japan, which it produces in the Hiroshima Prefecture: it has been delighting young and old alike for over 50 years with its inimitable typically Japanese flavours.
With its Tenkasu tempura flour balls, Otafuku promises to add a delicious crunchy texture to all your favourite dishes!
