Hiyoshi Azuki Tsubuan Dorayaki
Bag of 5 large dorayaki with azuki red bean filling.
Dorayaki どらやき : A cake rooted in Japanese culture, a pastry present at every school recess. It's also Doraemon's favorite food :)
Ultra-simple and delicious: 2 toasted pancakes layered on top of each other and filled with red bean paste. It's all round, and its shape is said to come from that of a gong (dora), from which it takes its name.
Hiyoshi 日吉 has made it his specialty in Shimane prefecture.
