The dorayaki どらやき A cake rooted in Japanese culture, a pastry present in every school recess. It is also Doraemon's favorite food :)
Ultra simple and delicious: 2 pancakes and filled with red bean paste. All round, its shape is said to come from that of a gong (dora) from which it takes its name: Marukyo 丸京 has made it its specialty since 1958.
