Since 1917, Asamai Shûzo has been making local sake in Akita, cultivating its own rice fields less than 5km from its brewery, and using only locally produced ingredients.

The craftsmen bring you this sake made with black kôji: with a high level of citric acid, it has body and offers earthy, toasty aromas and flavours that fully diffuse on the palate.
