Since 1895 in the Kyôto region, the Saito Shuzo distillery has been offering traditional and original sakes.
Based on ginjô sake, the craftsmen have added locally-grown yuzu juice and a hint of distilled alcohol to this delicious drink, for fresh, tangy aromas that are lighter and more subtle than classic shôchu-based yuzushu.
Enjoy this Eikun Ginjô Yuzushu 吟醸柚子酒 ideal with sparkling water or ice cubes, or in cocktails for your Japanese-inspired aperitifs!
