Sake brewer for several decades in Fushimi, south of Kyoto, Kizakura 黄桜 takes its name from the famous Japanese cherry tree with double and ... yellow flowers, a rarity much appreciated by the brewery's founder.

The region's harsh climate during the winter season and the purity of the Fushi-Mizu's groundwater contribute to the production of quality sake.

This full-bodied Nigori Coconut 椰子 sake offers its silky texture and fresh coconut flavours.

Excellent with Japanese sweet and savoury dishes and as an aperitif!
