Since the 8th century, miso has played a central role in Japanese cuisine: it is to this age-old ingredient made from soybeans that these vegetarian ramen owe their authentic, mild taste.
The toasted sesame, accompanied by a hint of ginger, onion and garlic, blends perfectly with the traditional flavours of miso: a unique taste experience!
