Unsweetened Japanese Sencha green tea with matcha, slightly astringent and very fragrant
Sencha tea is the most popular tea in Japan, where it can be found in all drink dispensers. During its manufacture, sencha tea is subjected to a 15-45s steam bath to stop oxidation, then the leaves are rolled and dried.
Matcha eis a finely ground green tea powder obtained from the highest quality Japanese tea leaves: it is known for its high quality of taste, its bright green colour and its antioxidant qualities.
