Ochazuke is a popular and very simple dish that consists of pouring green tea in a bowl of rice accompanied by nori algae, fish such as salmon, furikake, a salty plum or any other accompaniment that pleases.
Instructions :
For 1 person.
Pour 100g of cooked rice into a bowl and add a sachet of ochazuke nori. Pour 150ml of boiling water. The sachet already contains thin slices of nori and furikake but you can add other ingredients according to your taste.
Composition: salt, rice cracker, sugar, E621, nori algae, green tea powder, bonito powder, disodium 5 ionista, disodium 5 guanylate.
