Since 1659, the Kiku-Masamune brewery 菊正宗 in Hyogo has been producing dry sakes with aromas that can be enjoyed throughout a meal.
It offers you this junmai dry sake, made with Yamada Nishiki variety rice and matured in Yoshino cedar casks, giving it woody flavours, fresh notes and full of minerality.
