Refreshing dry sparkling sake with light apple and pear flavours
Sake brewer for several decades in Fushimi, south of Kyoto, Kizakura 黄桜 takes its name from the famous Japanese cherry tree with double and ... yellow blossoms, a rarity much appreciated by the brewery's foundator.
