Organic sweet brown rice mochi from Japan, with black soy beans, gluten free, ready in 8mn
6 pieces individually wrapped.
The mochi is a glutinous rice paste is consumed especially in winter : it can be grilled and accompanied with nori seaweed, or with kinako (soybean flour).
Prepared in sweet or salty recipes, enjoy this Sweet Brown Rice Mochi 玄米もち Clearspring as one of the Japanese favorite tastes !
Ingredients :
Sweet brown rice* (91%), black soya beans* (8%), sea salt. *organically grown
Manufactured in a facility that also processes soy.
Instructions:
You can prepare your mochi three ways.
- Grill : Broil 4-5 mn (180-200 degrees) and let the mochi another 2 mn in the oven without opening
- Microwave mochi : Put on a plate and put water until the mochi soaks in the water. Cook it 2 mn in the microwave.
- Keep out of direct light before opening and in the refrigerator after opening.
You can cut it in half easily by hand.
