Founded in 1743, Hakutsuru 白鶴 (literally the whooping crane) is one of the oldest breweries in Japan.
This semi-dry Sho-Une (soaring clouds) sake is made with the finest Yamada Nishiki variety rice and Nada's renowned Miyamizu spring water.
Tasted chilled or at room temperature, this sq家Junmai Daiginjô Shô-Un 純米大吟醸翔雲 reveals a gourmet smoothness with fruity aromas.
