Sake brewer for several decades in Fushimi, south of Kyoto, Kizakura黄桜 takes its name from the famous Japanese cherry tree with double and ... yellow blossoms, a rarity much appreciated by the brewery's foundator.
The region's harsh climate during the winter season and the purity of the Fushi-Mizu's groundwater contribute to the making of quality sake.
This semi-dry sake, gives off rich and flavourful aromas that go very well with tempura fries and teriyaki skewers.
Serve this aromatic Kinjirushi 金印 sake that is a perfect accompaniment to your Japanese dishes!
