The Kikusui Shuzo brewery in Niigata presents its Kikusui semi-dry sake.

Produced from the gohyakuman goku rice variety by 5th generation craftsmen, this sake is brewed for a long time at low temperature.

To fully appreciate its sweet banana flavours, enjoy it chilled or at room temperature: ideal as an aperitif, it goes very well with simple cuisine.
