Founded in 1743, Hakutsuru 白鶴 (literally the whooping crane) is one of the oldest breweries in Japan.
This Sake Daiginjo 大吟醸 gets its smooth, balanced flavour from a careful selection of rice and the famous spring water of Nada, near Kobe.
