Umeboshi is a puree of plums macerated for many months with salt: it turns pink on contact with purple shiso leaves.

Very popular in Japan, this puree with a salty, tangy taste is enjoyed there from breakfast onwards as a topping to a simple bowl of white rice.

With its seasonings and spices, House has been delighting Japanese kitchens since 1960: he offers his delicious umeboshi plum puree.

This Bainiku 梅肉 condiment, which is very conveniently packaged in a tube, will reopen its place to enhance your favourite dishes!
