Boil them dependins on how you want them to be soft or hard:

4:00 - Hard

5:00 - Normal

6:00 - Soft.

Préparation des sobas japonais 3Stir Udon well when it's boiling. Adjust the tenperature so that water doesn't  overflow.

Préparation des sobas japonais 4 Rince well after boiling. You can boil again to warm it up for few seconds, if it's needed.
