Product Details

Hand-crafted sliced konnyaku "shirataki noodles" with yam flour and pumpkin from Kyûshû to enjoy cold or warm in your pastas, your sautés, and your favorite dishes.

Zakkoku Konnyaku Men Kabocha 雑穀こんにゃく麵 かぼちゃ takes the flavor of spices, herb or sauces your are cooking with !

Drained net weight : 200g


Ingredients :

Powder yam cake, cereal (pressed sprouted barley, glutinous brown rice, red glutinous rice, black glutinous rice, oats, glutinous millet, foxtail millet, Japanese millet), pumpkin, potato, carrot, tomato, paprika, cabbage, spinach, white radish, Calcined shell calcium (coagulant for konjac).

Preparation :

Remove the liquid and rinse well. Cook in boiling water for 4 minutes.


Serve with a soup, stir-fry, etc. It can also be used one-pot dishes, for exemple, oden, nabe or sukiyaki.

Conservation :

  • To keep the konnyaku, place in a dry, cool place.
  • After opening, put the konnyaku in a bowl with water and keep it in the fridge. It is best to eat it within 2-3 days.

Directions :

Drain and rinse well. (Not necessary to cook in boiling water)
