Sweet Sake Junmai Cocoo 50cl
takasago kokushimuso junmai
A unique and refined sweet sake, filtered drop by drop overnight
Since 1890 Takasago Brewery has been producing local sakes from a generous and preserved nature near Asahikawa, in central Hokkaido.
The 4th generation of brewers has been offering the Kokushimuso国土無双 range since 1975, and its characterful sakes reflect their region, which is well known for its extreme temperatures, going from sweltering summers to freezing winters. In the heart of a basin surrounded by mountains, the artisan brewers have brought together the 3 principles of sake making: their know-how, the quality of the water (local and pure) and the quality of the rice (local and seasonal) to offer you this exceptional sake.
Mineral and lively on the palate, this Junmai Cocoo 純米虚空 sake is all sweetness gets its finesse and clarity from an atypical, drop-by-drop filtration overnight through canvas bags.
Serve as an aperitif, well-chilled, or with very fine and delicate preparations so as not to interfere with the refinement of this sake.
The sake is an exceptional sake.
