Over more than 300 years, the Ozeki Brewery (literally sumo wrestler) has built up a solid reputation for brewing sake that is a pleasure to drink, and that reputation continues to this day.

This sake, made from 50% polished rice, is unpasteurised, giving it a mild, slightly fruity flavour that is very pleasant to the palate.

It goes very well with steamed fish and sushi.

Enjoy this mild-flavoured Nama Chôzo Shu Shibori Tate 13 生貯蔵酒しぼりたて sake very chilled or well iced.
