Founded in 1743, Hakutsuru 白鶴 (literally the white crane) is one of the oldest breweries in Japan.

This Sake Tokusen Junmai Namachozoshu 特撰純米生貯蔵酒 gets its fresh, refined flavor from brewing and aging in a cool environment of about 5°c for 1 month before bottling.
