Instructions:

Mix flour and water (1 kg of flour for 530-550ml of water) and knead it into dough until it becomes a big ball. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes. |

Reknead the dough until it is smooth. |

Cut the dough several pieces of 200g each and make sausages about 2cm in diameter. |

Cut small pieces about 10g each and well spread out with the rolling pin. (You must have a small thin pancake). |

Stuff the pancakes and reseal them before frying the gyoza. |
