Cereal and rice based vinegar from Hiroshima
This is a grain vinegar with an acidity of 4.2%, brewed using soft water and clear air from Daiwa-cho, Mihara City in the Hiroshima Prefecture.
This vinegar has light acidity(4.2%), franc parfume but light and is especially adapted to prepare salad, and for rice for sushi. It can also be used to marinade fishes, and vegetables (Tsukemono).
It has a refreshing taste, and can be used for a wide variety of dishes in Japanese cuisine.
Rice, Cereal alcohol, Lees, water.
Store in a refrigerator onece it's opened.
Close well the top everytime.
