This full-bodied yet gentle character classic vinegar, besides being a mainstay in salad dressings, pickling mixtures and marinades, also perks up vegetable dishes, sauces, dips and spreads.
Made in Japan.
This brown rice vinegar is produced Kyusyu, the island south of Japan, according to a traditional method of aging in clay pots partially buried. Brown rice vinegar produced in this region is considered one of the best qualities in Japan. Refreshing and delicious, it is full-bodied and slightly sweet without harsh acidity.
Composition: water, brown rice (34%).
