Product Details

Handrafted black konnyaku "Ita Konnyaku" from Gunma to enjoy cold or warm in your pastas, your sautés, and your favorite dishes.

Cut into pieces the Koganezawa Konnyaku Itakonnyaku  小金沢こんにゃく板こんにゃく and it takes the flavor of spices, herb or sauces your are cooking with !

Drained net weight : 250g


Ingredients :

 Konjac flour 2%, water, powdered seaweed, calcium, algae.

Preparation :

Remove the liquid and rinse well. Cook in boiling water for 4 minutes.


Serve with a soup, stir-fry, etc. It can also be used one-pot dishes, for exemple, oden, nabe or sukiyaki.

Conservation :

  • To keep the konnyaku, place in a dry, cool place.
