Nori seaweed is a variety of edible seaweed that usually comes in the form of thin, deep green to black leaves.
They are first dried, roasted litt. Yaki and then made into leaves to then coat sushi and maki but can also be cut into strips and then served in bowls of donburi topped rice or as a topping for râmen or soba noodles.
Shirakiku brings you this version in a Bag of 50 sheets of Alga Nori Yakinori Silver Whole 焼き海苔寿司 of high quality, large size, specially selected in China for making sushi like makizushi rolls and temaki cones. Try them also to coat your Onigiri rice dumplings.
