Japanese people are very fond of dishes with sauce. This tablet makes it quick and easy to prepare an intense sauce with vegetables and meat. This sauce can also be used to prepar omerice, a popular dish in Japan based on rice covered with an omelette and accompanied by sauce.

Simple and very quick to prepare in less than 30minutes, the sauce comes in the form of a roux to be broken in boiling water. Other ingredients can be added according to your taste, such as mushrooms, pork, chicken, etc.... One tin makes up to 8 portions of sauce. This sauce can be served with rice or pasta.
