Organic rice vinegar ready to use for the preparation of sushi rice in 150ml bottle.
This Organic Sushi Rice Seasoning Cleaspring is made to an original Japanese recipe and contains key ingredients of sushi making.
Simply add this well balanced blend of brown rice vinegar, mirin and soya sauce to cooked rice, and mix gently whilst the rice is still hot. It can be also used for marinades or salad dressings.
Refined sugar free for sushi, salads and marinades.
