Matcha cookies - Matcha mochi filling 120g
Royal Family mochi cookies cacao matcha
Traditionally, mochi もち is a Japanese pastry made of glutinous rice filled with a paste of cooked and sweetened azukis Anko: the glutinous rice is steamed and then pounded into a soft paste that is also called mochi.
Since 1922, Royal Family has been producing mochi in Taiwan according to the artisanal and ancestral know-how derived from Japanese pastry chefs: it offers a complete range of mochi with traditional and original flavours.
At the top of the gourmet range, here are the Mochi Cookies Matcha ??????? ??: matcha cookies covered with chocolate chips and filled with a melting matcha mochi.
You'll love it: the slightly crunchy texture of the cookies gives way to the softness of the mochi inside!
Individually wrapped, these mochi can be enjoyed straight out of the bag, no need to heat them first.
