Traditionally, mochi もち is a Japanese pastry made from glutinous rice filled with a paste of cooked and sweetened Anko azukis: the glutinous rice is steamed and then pounded to form a soft paste, also known as mochi.

Royal Family has been producing mochi in Taiwan since 1922, using the traditional, ancestral know-how of Japanese pastry chefs: it offers a complete range of mochi with traditional and original flavours.
