Japanese potato starch based noodles.
The harusames perfectly accompany salads and nabe fondues. The harusame can be used as the shiratakis.
To prepare :
1) Boil 5-6 minutes in hot water.
2) Rinse with cold water
For Naba or sukiyaki :
Use boiled MALONY in place of Shirataki konjak.
For salads :
Toss boiled MALONY into chopped ham or canned meat with cucumbers or cabagge and serve with mayonnaise or your favorite dressing.
For Sunomono :
Use boiled MALONY in your favorite Japanese salad. Use Sushi-su (vinegar for sushi) for dressing.
