

Organic Japanese Tamari Soy Sauce, single strength, high quality
Tamari soy sauce is a soy sauce made by fermenting soybeans with water and salt. The wheat that is usually used in soy sauce is not used here (some tamari sauces may, however, contain a very small portion of wheat).
This gluten-free soy sauce is therefore suitable for people who want or need to avoid gluten.
The Clearspring Organic Single Strength Tamari Sauce 有機たまりしょうゆ gluten-free is produced in Japan at the foot of Mount Ena, between the prefectures of Gifu and Nagano.
The method used by the producer has remained the same for over 50 years. The organic tamari soy sauce is brewed with whole soybeans and then fermented for a period of 9 months.
