Soba noodles そば are wheat and buckwheat flour noodles, which is the source of their light brown colour
These soba noodles, produced by a family of Japanese artisans, are made from organic flour and then slowly air-dried using the traditional roll-and-cut method to achieve a concentrated and authentic flavour.
Firm and smooth, these soba noodles are a source of protein and low in fat: nourishing and dietary, they can be used all year round in hot broth, fried or served cold with a dip or salad.
