These Organic Umeboshi pickled plums "Yuki umeboshi" 有機梅干し are hancrafted and produced by a family in Wakayama, well-known area in Japan for umbeboshi.
They have long been part of Japanese cuisine : enjoy them with a rice bowl or add them to sushis and rice balls.
