Short grain rice, for sushi and also general japanese dishes. This product is in a vacuum pack.
How to prepare.
1/ Rince gently the rice in cold water.
2/ Immerse the rice in water for 10 minutes.
- For one person ; 1.5 cup of water for 1 cup of rice. ( Give or take depending on the tecture you want. )
3/ Boil in the boiling water with a lid on, and 15minutes with low fire.
4/ One water is well absorbed by rice, steam for 10 minutes, keeping the lid on.
5/ Mix gently so that air spread in rice.
