This Seasoned vinegar for sushi rice contains a ready-made sushi vinegar so there is no need to add any other ingredients to the rice.

While Otafuku's Okonomiyaki sauce has been popular since 1952, it was its Rice Vinegar, launched in 1938 that really made Otafuku popular in Japan and the success has continued ever since!

With this Sushi Su 寿し酢 from Otafuku, you can also add sweetness and a hint of acidity to a salad or use it as a marinade.
