Product Details
Vivid and delicately iodized nose. Remarkable balance in the mouth, between suppleness and minerality. Notes of dried fruit. Clear and enveloping finish.
SAYORI is a Nakadori Junmai. Only the heart of the press is collected to enter its composition.

Sayori is produced by Asahara's cellar.
It is located in the hills of Okumusashi, on the edge of the Kanto plain. The temperate climate, verdant vegetation and pure water from the Chichibu mountains make up this natural setting in which the Asahara cellar has been innovating since 1882.
