This Morimoto Premium Matcha Minami Sayaka森本抹茶,特ミナミ・サヤカ in 20g bags, is produced from the finest variety of Tokujou Kabusecha tea (100% from the Minami Sayaka tea bush) whose leaves have been shaded : this matcha is ground in a ceramic millstone which makes the matcha powder incredibly fine and intense green.
