Kirishima Nomikoto Organic Matcha 20g

Shutaro HAYASHI belongs to the fifth generation of a family of tea growers in the prefecture of Kagoshima, in the south of the Kyûshû peninsula. At the foot of the Kirishima mountains, 霧島 the Hayashi family cultivates in their family gardens surrounded by forests, species of tea trees, some of which are becoming increasingly rare in Japan. All of its production stems from fully organic cultivation that meets the challenges arising from the demanding work pattern of an organic tea garden.

Only leaves from the 1st harvest are used to produce this matcha. They are then steamed and ground into a very fine powder, bringing extreme sweetness to the palate
