Adopt the aromatic flavours of Japanese curry with this Kokumaru Curry こくまるカレー creamy with caramelised onions: this curry roux has a slightly sweet flavour and an explosion of ultra-fragrant spices to warm your palate.
It couldn't be easier to use this Japanese curry block from House Foods: prepare your dish, and stir the desired amount of Japanese curry into a little hot liquid. Your curry will then take on a thicker consistency, and bring a new and very subtle flavour to your dishes: simply mix it with root vegetables and beef, pork or chicken to make a stew-like dish that is then eaten with rice.
This curry can also be used as a base for a thick Udon noodle soup, as enjoyed in Japan!
