Yamamoto 山本山, operates from the US : enjoy its roasted green tea Hôjicha ほうじ茶 . Delicious cold or hot.
The bancha (ordinary tea) comes from the last harvest of tea, which takes place in October, leaves are picked even though they are very developed.
This tea takes a very high taste value thanks to roasting. The method was invented during the 1920s in Kyoto. It consists of roasting at a high temperature (200 degrees) the bancha on charcoal, a little to the way one roasts the coffee.
