Chasoba noodles 茶そば are thin (2mm thick) and are widely eaten in Japan, hot or cold with 'tsuyu sauce, made of dashi, mirin and sweet soy sauce.
It is a main ingredient in soup, or a side dish with pork or chicken. Ideal as a salad, drizzled with a Japanese dressing, for hot summer days!
