Chirashi zushi (ちらし寿司, meaning scattered sushi) or Tokyo sushi, is a dish consisting of a bowl of sushi rice accompanied by vegetables, fish and seaweed.

Served as a starter or main course, it is traditionally eaten during the Hina Matsuri festival on 3 March.
