Kikkoman sweet soy sauce, popular in Japan for over 300 years, is made from naturally fermented soy sauce.
It's mild, slightly spicy flavour enhances many dishes nicely: its sweet note and creaminess are ideal for accompanying rice and yakitoris (chicken kebabs), as well as for garnishing salads, basting meat and fish during cooking.
It can also be used to deglaze grilled meats, fish or vegetables. It caramelizes vegetables or nuts wonderfully: a few drops make your roast incredibly crispy and aromatic!
