A classic shôchû made from light and creamy cane sugar
Produced in Mie by the Miyazaki Honten distillery on a sugarcane base, the region's specialty.
This pure traditional shochu can be consumed on various occasions (as an aperitif, digestive or in the middle of a meal) and in various ways (dry, on the rocks, or extended with sparkling water).
Served very fresh with some yakitori skewers, it is ideal for a successful aperitif!
