The term Teriyaki is formed from the two Japanese words teri (shiny) and yaki (to grill/roast/meat): in a Teriyaki dish, ingredients are roasted or grilled after being marinated or brushed with Teriyaki sauce, which then gives the food both taste and shine.
This sauce Kikkoman® Roasted Garlic Teriyaki is made from naturally brewed soy sauce, wine and spices: garlic enhances all meat, poultry, fish and vegetable recipes with a delicately spicy note.
