Japanese ponzu seasoning with lemon juice
One of the most popular aromatic seasonings in Japan is "Ponzu" ポン酢 a tasty combination of soy sauce, rice vinegar and citrus juice.
This Lemon Ponzu Sauce Kikkoman® is prepared using the famous Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce and a few drops of lemon juice. It is distinguished by a successful balance of salty, sweet, spicy and bitter flavours and is ideal for seasoning all kinds of dishes: its spicy taste gives them a lively and fresh note.
This seasoning is very versatile: it can be used in sauces for your salads, your fish or meat dishes, tôfu, as a dip for your favourite appetizers etc.
