One of the most popular aromatic seasonings in Japan is "Ponzu" ポン酢 a tasty combination of soy sauce, rice vinegar and citrus juice.
This Lemon Ponzu Sauce Kikkoman® is prepared using the famous Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce and a few drops of lemon juice.
