Craft miso paste with nama koji 400g
Hikari Miso Nama Kôki
Unpasteurised rice sourdough miso with less than 25% salt
Miso 味噌 (pronounced "misso") first appeared in Japan in the 7th century, when it was reserved for the nobility and samurai. It is now an essential condiment in everyday Japanese cooking.
Miso from producer Hikari is produced in the Shinshu region, Nagano prefecture, renowned for its natural riches (water, air, cool climate) and made exclusively from the finest natural ingredients. Behind the simplicity of its ingredients (soybeans, rice or wheat, fermented sea salt and water) lies a complex art comparable to that of cheese in the West.
This Craft Miso Nama Kôji 生糀 uses unfermented sourdough and 25% less salt for delicious, healthy soups and recipes!
Produced without any additives Mutenka 無添加
